The origins behind PAWZ Doggie Daycare began with owner Nicole Fernandes's love of animals. Growing up we always had our family dog.  My passion for starting my own doggie daycare came in my 20’s.  I was working as a hair stylist and had gotten 2 dogs of my own, a Chocolate Labrador Dakota and a Bullmastiff Cooper.  I was working long days and tired when returning home.  I began to feel very guilty leaving them home alone all day.  I considered sending them to a Doggie Daycare but was apprehensive of what really took place.  I decided to make a career change and began working part-time in a doggie daycare.  After a year I was offered a management position and it was time to follow my true passion and love of dogs.  I have spent the past 4 1/2 years as the manager of Doggie Daycare.  I have earned a trustworthy reputation among my customers and the community.  I have prided myself in gaining the knowledge and compassion needed to run my own successful Doggie Daycare.
